The Embassy participates with a stand in the CETU Millenimum May Day International Trade Fair held here in Addis Abeba these days.
The fair was opened today by the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Hassan Abdella and the president of the Confederation of Ethiopian Trade Unions (CETU) Kassahun Follo. The Norwegian stand, in addition to a presentation of Norway and export possibilities to Norway, also presents NOREPS (Norwegian Emergency Preparedness System), Norwegian salmon as an export item as well as Norwegian companies Yara (fertilizer) and Jacobsen Elektro (transmission and distribution of electricity). Ethiopian and Chines companies are among the others represented at the Trade Fair.
