1. Ambassador’s Secretary
Job Description
The Ambassador’s Secretary will be responsible for the Ambassador’s schedule, booking of meetings and appointments as well as travels, writing of letters/requests/regrets, dispatching of press-releases and operating fax. The responsibilities will not be limited by the above stated description, but can include additional tasks by instruction of line manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent written and spoken command of English and Amharic.
· Excellent command of Microsoft Office
· Ability to work independently, as well as under clear instructions.
· Pro-activeness.
· Service-mindedness.
· Candidate must be able to work structured and under pressure.
· Candidate must be able to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
· Candidate should have advanced education within secretarial duties.
· Candidate should have related working-experience.
· Candidates must be able to work in a multi-cultural environment.

2. Receptionist/switchboard operator
Job Description
The position will include the operating of switchboard and fax, receiving of guests, booking of travel and accommodation both for embassy staff as well as guests, organizing of meetings and appointments for embassy staff, handling of visitors to the embassy and directing visitors to relevant staff at the embassy, writing of letters/requests/regrets.

3. Embassy Driver.
Job Description
Day-to day transport of embassy staff to meetings and travels (airport) within Addis Abeba. Field trips of various time-lengths and geographical distances. Dispatching mail and invitations. Oversee maintenance of designated car(s).
QUALIFICATIONS
· Driving licence for “four- wheel drive” vehicles.
· Excellent command of spoken and written English and Amharic.
· Previous driving-experience from Embassy, NGO or Governmental Agency.
· Proven driving record without incidents and accidents.
· Candidates must be skilled city-drivers as well as field-drivers.
