-This is the second time that Norway takes part in this fair. The Exhibition is good for promoting Norway and business as well as Norway in general, says Tehetena Woldemariam, responsible for trade and business at the Embassy.
At the fair, the Embassy of Norway will provide information for Ethiopian business-people seeking Norwegian partners within their working-areas. Since 99 per cent of Norway’s electricity comes from renewable hydropower-energy, this will be an important component among the Norwegian exhibits. The embassy will also provide info regarding education in Norway.
- The embassy does not give financial assistance to businesses at the present time. We however, assist businesses in providing information about the Norwegian market, the different business sectors, contact details of potential business partners in Norway and guidance on how to export to Norway, concludes Tehetena Woldemariam.
