23/06/2008 :: Blade (Blog on Assistance and Development) is the new blog of NORAD. The aim of the blog is to give news and promote debate about issues related to Norwegian development coorperation. While much of the content will focus on Norwegian involvement in the developing world, more general development related issues will also be discussed. Our target audience is local staff in Norwegian embassies, delegations and NGOs around the world, foreign embassies in Norway, academics, students and those in the general public interested in the topic.
