Tehetena, a Norwegian citizen of Ethiopian origin, atteended high school at Fagerborg in Oslo and is educated in Law from London Metropolitan University. She has formerly worked with a law firm in Watford. She will be dealing with consular affairs and a number of administrative and professional duties.
